edu.startupdrill.co is an e-learning platform (hereinafter, "us", "we", “site”, or "e-learning platform"), provided to the public and participants of the Startup Drill live events as a resource to learn more about entrepreneurship and Startup Drill methodology. Startup Drill courses are hosted on the platform, for participants to prepare for the event.

1. How do we gather information?
a) Members and participants: When you sign up for a membership of our e-learning platform or sign up for a live Startup Drill event, you will be asked to provide details necessary for us to set up your user account via an online form.
b) Courses: when you enroll in a specific course, further data will be held by the e-learning system, related to the courses you are enrolled in.
2. What type of information do we gather?
a) Membership: This may include your name, email address, organisation (if applicable). If you take part in any courses, or contribute to discussions/forums, please also see (b)
b) Courses: Course participation data will include details of activities completed within courses, contributions to discussions and chat forums. Our e-learning platform logs contain information about user activity within courses, including date/time when course information was viewed, and information about the referring webpage.
3. What will we do with the information you provide?
a) Membership information: The information you provide via the online registration form is sent securely to us, and our e-learning administrators will use it to create your account, and send you the details you require to login and access the learning platform.
You have the option to sign up for our monthly newsletter, sent via email to the address you provide.
b) Course information: course participation data is used to grade your assignments and track your progress to completing the qualification. We may use anonymous course statistical information in order to improve our courses (for example, number of students, activities completed).
4. Sharing your data – who has access?
a) Members and participants: Our e-learning platform administrators have access to your data for the purposes of creating your account, and providing any administrative or technical support that you request
b) Course: our Startup Drill course creators have access to your course data to support you in gaining knowledge, and to grade your assignments.
E-learning system data related to courses and your account is hosted within the EU and will not be transferred outside the EU.
5. How long will we hold your data?
a) Members and participants: as long as you are an active member of the site, we will retain your data. If you become inactive, we will deactivate your account and data after a period of 12 months of inactivity. We regularly review our newsletter mailing list, from time to time we will send resubscription emails asking if you would like to continue receiving it. If you do not respond, we will remove you from our mailing list. Information about contributions to courses (including chat rooms and discussion forums), ownership of resources, and evidence of participation in moodle-based activities, may be anonymised and held by the system.
6. Your right to access your data
If you would like to access your personal data, log in to your e-learning account or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you believe the data we hold is inaccurate, or you would like to update it, please contact us at email@example.com
7. Your right to object
If you no longer wish to have membership of the Startup Drill e-learning platform, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or delete your account directly in the e-learning platform.
8. Information and outside parties
We will keep your personal information confidential except where you have posted it for publication or display and/or to the extent that we are compelled to disclose it by law (for example where fraud or other crime is involved) or to comply with an instruction of a regulatory body of competent jurisdiction. We do not and will not share personally identifiable information with any other parties.

The Company has the right to amend the above from time to time.
